Nathè Beauty Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how purchases and service bookings with Nathè Beauty work. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order.

2. Products and specifications

Nathè Beauty supplies human-hair wigs, custom-colour units and wig-related services.

Before ordering, please confirm your preferred product, colour, length, density, lace type, closure size and cap size, where applicable. Your order confirmation should record the specifications agreed with us.

Photographs illustrate the product or intended finish. Lighting and screen settings can affect how colours appear. Any reasonable variation does not excuse supplying goods that materially differ from their description or agreed specifications.

3. Prices and quotations

Prices are shown in South African rand.

A price marked “from” is a starting price. The final price depends on the specifications and services selected.

Before you confirm your order, we will provide the total payable, including any applicable taxes, delivery charges and agreed additional services. Additional charges require your agreement.

Price changes apply to future orders and do not automatically change an order already accepted.

4. Placing and confirming an order

The website cart and WhatsApp checkout allow you to submit your proposed order for confirmation.

Please check your details and specifications carefully. We will confirm availability, the final price, payment requirements and the expected preparation and delivery arrangements before accepting your order.

An order is accepted when we provide written confirmation that it has been accepted. Please retain your quotation, payment confirmation and order messages.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly and arrange any refund required by law. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

5. Payments

Payment instructions will be provided through our confirmed business contact channels. Please verify unexpected changes to banking details directly with us before paying.

Any deposit, cancellation conditions or payment deadlines must be disclosed before you agree to the order. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable.

6. Pre-orders and preparation times

Nathè Beauty operates primarily on a pre-order basis.

Our current estimated preparation periods are:

• All Black, Blonde or custom-coloured units: approximately 15 Business days.

Preparation begins: As Soon As payment reflects
Courier transit time: Dependable on courier (we use "overnight option")

We will communicate material delays and discuss available options. Estimates do not remove your rights concerning late delivery or non-performance.

Please discuss any event date or urgent deadline with us before ordering. A specific delivery deadline must be expressly agreed.

7. Custom orders and changes

Custom colours and personalised specifications must be agreed before preparation begins.

Contact us promptly if you want to change an order. We will explain whether the change is possible and obtain your agreement to any revised price or timeline.

Cancellation rights can differ for genuinely personalised or special-order goods. Any applicable restriction will be explained before you confirm the order. Describing an item as a “pre-order” does not, by itself, remove statutory rights.

8. Delivery and collection

Delivery charges: Free Delivery in Cape Town; courier charges outside of Cape Town

Please provide accurate delivery details and a contact number.

Delivery costs and arrangements will be confirmed before ordering. Any charge for redelivery must be reasonable, lawful and communicated to you.

We remain responsible for goods in transit until delivery has been accepted as required by law. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assist.

9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return eligibility and the request process.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns:

• Lace must remain intact and uncut.
• The wig must remain unused and unaltered.
• An approved return carries a 10% handling fee where legally permitted.

These restrictions and the handling fee do not override applicable cooling-off rights or remedies for defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Any lawful cancellation charge will be explained and assessed according to the circumstances; the return handling fee is not automatically a cancellation fee.

10. Service bookings

Wig installation, styling and refurbishing services are offered by appointment in Cape Town.

The service scope, price and appointment arrangements will be confirmed before work begins. Additional work or charges require your approval.

Please tell us about previous chemical treatments, existing damage or other relevant conditions affecting the wig. We will discuss any identified limitations before proceeding.

Any booking deposit or cancellation charge must be disclosed before booking and applied only where lawful.

11. Privacy and website use

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its security or operation. Website photographs, branding and other protected content may not be reproduced without permission, except where legally permitted.

12. Consumer rights, complaints and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

South African law applies. You may contact us with a complaint using the details above, and you retain the right to approach an appropriate regulator, ombud or court.

We may update these terms for future transactions. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement, except where required by law.
